Bengaluru-based AuraML, a synthetic image data platform for computer vision and robotics, has raised $1 million in pre-seed funding led by Turbostart, with participation from DeVC, GSF Accelerator, IAN Group (formerly Indian Angel Network), and others.

Their mission? Help robotics companies test faster, deploy smarter, and close the sim-to-real gap using generative AI for simulation.

AuraML’s flagship platform, AuraSIM, enables:

→ Text-to-world generation for creating photorealistic 3D environments

→ Realistic LiDAR & camera noise modeling

→ Cloud-based simulation at scale for multi-robot systems

→ 6-month real-world tests done in 1 week, at a fraction of the cost

“Our goal is to build the ‘Unreal Engine’ for industrial robotics. Simulation isn’t just for gaming anymore — it’s the backbone of next-gen autonomy,” said Ayush Sharma and Arjun Gupta, Co-founders of AuraML.

From warehouse automation to industrial robotics to AMRs, AuraML is enabling global robotics firms to build faster, safer, and smarter.
