Decentro, a leading fintech infrastructure platform, has raised ₹30 Cr in Series B funding led by InfoEdge Ventures, with participation from Stargazer Growth and returning investor Uncorrelated Ventures.

In a major strategic move, Decentro also announced its intent to flip its parent entity’s domicile from Singapore to India over the next 12 to 18 months — reinforcing its long-term commitment to building from India, for the world.

Founded by Rohit Taneja and Pratik Daudkhane, Decentro powers over ₹50,000 Cr in annual payment volumes for 1,300+ clients, including banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and digital lenders. Its platform simplifies and secures core financial workflows, enabling faster and more reliable integrations across payments, KYC, lending, and banking APIs.

The fresh capital will be used to deepen enterprise adoption, enhance its AI-powered product stack, and expand go-to-market efforts.

Recent launches include Scanner, a real-time user profiling engine, and Neobot, a multilingual AI voice agent for automated debt collections — both designed to tackle India’s ₹10 lakh crore+ NPA problem.

With payments as its largest revenue contributor and deep traction in enterprise fintech, Decentro is now doubling down on building global-grade financial infrastructure with India as its base.
