Fairdeal has raised $3 million in pre-Series A funding led by Incubate Fund Asia and WaterBridge Ventures, with participation from angel investors.
Founded by Prateek Bansal and Yash Bansal in 2022, Gurugram, India, Fairdeal is building a B2B quick commerce platform that helps micro-retailers move into the digital retail space, running a low-cost, data-driven, and capital-efficient model.
It combines instant delivery with intelligent demand sensing to ensure retailers get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.
It also tracks data on SKU performance, marketing results, and market gaps, which is shared with multinational, regional, and D2C brands.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen its technology, expand into more areas in Delhi NCR, and bring more D2C brands on board.
Achieved an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of almost $10 million in its first year.
Aims to build a network of 1,00,000 loyal retailers in three years and reach $150 million in ARR.
