Flick TV, a mobile-first OTT platform delivering bite sized microdramas, has raised $2.3M (₹19.7 Cr) in a seed funding round led by Stellaris Venture Partners, with participation from Gemba Capital and Titan Capital.

Founded in April 2025 by Kushal Singhal, Sanidhya Mittal (both ex-ShareChat), and Pratik Anand (ex-Pocket FM), Flick TV is reimagining entertainment for India’s mobile first audience, offering short, serialized stories with episodes ranging from 30 seconds to 10 minutes across love, crime, heartbreak, drama, and more.

The fresh capital will be used to:

> Scale content production with 100+ original shows this year

> Launch shows in 4 regional languages

> Improve the mobile streaming experience

> Expand the team and accelerate user acquisition

Flick TV primarily targets underserved audiences like housewives and shopkeepers, combining OTT storytelling with a micropayment model that allows users to pay small amounts per episode. As engagement deepens, the platform will roll out monthly and quarterly plans.

With over 10,000 Play Store downloads already, Flick TV is positioning itself as the go to destination for India's next billion users looking for snackable, high frequency entertainment.
