Bengaluru based early ed-tech startup illumine has raised $2.5 million in seed funding from Prime Ventures (VC) Partners.
The fresh capital will be used to scale its AI-powered all-in-one childcare software and expand globally, helping preschools and daycare centres streamline daily operations from admissions to billing on a single platform.
Founded by Navneet Rastogi, Purva Goyal, and Sourabh Agarwal, illumine is tackling a massive pain point: the complexity of running a childcare business with fragmented tools and manual processes.
Today, over 3,000 centres across 56 countries including the U.S., UAE, Southeast Asia, and Europe rely on illumine’s unified platform for staffing, curriculum, parent communication, and compliance.
“Childcare is one of the most important but underserved spaces in global education. With AI, we’re not just solving ops we’re enabling educators to do what they love: teach and nurture,” said co-founder Navneet Rastogi.
