InCred Money, the digital wealth arm of InCred Group, is acquiring Stocko, a discount broking platform, in an all-cash deal reportedly valued at ₹300 crore.

The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, will integrate Stocko’s full-stack trading infrastructure into InCred’s growing retail ecosystem. Post-approval, the brand will be rebranded as InCred Stocko and merged with InCred Money.

What this means:

> InCred Money will now offer equities, derivatives, commodities, and currency trading

> Flat fee model from Stocko brings competitive pricing: ₹12.99 per order, ₹2.99 with subscription

> Stocko’s platform claims ₹1 lakh crore daily notional turnover

“India’s investing ecosystem is evolving rapidly. Stocko gives us a proven platform with serious volume. We’ll bring tech, capital, and a customer-first mindset to unlock its full potential,” said Bhupinder Singh, Founder and CEO, InCred.

With this acquisition, InCred Money becomes a full-service retail investing platform, joining peers like Groww and Zerodha in building an integrated wealth and trading experience.

“With InCred’s backing, we’ll scale faster and roll out smarter products, from enhanced margin funding to sharper tech,” said Shrey Jain, CEO of Stocko, who will continue to lead the team.

InCred Group now spans:

→ InCred Finance: NBFC lending

→ InCred Capital: HNI and institutional wealth

→ InCred Money: Retail investments, now expanded with Stocko’s trading stack
