24 July 2025

Enlite has raised Rs 46 crore (about $5 million) in its maiden institutional funding round led by Avaana Capital, with participation from CLAYPOND.

Founded by Gaurav Bali and Garima Bharadwaj in 2017, India, Enlite is building a plug-and-play automation system that replaces old building management systems with compact wireless devices, smart edge technology, and AI-powered controls to make buildings respond in real time.

The fresh capital will be used to expand into global markets like West Asia and Southeast Asia, improve AI and data tracking features, grow presence in airports, data centers, public spaces, and hotels, and build teams to support sales and integration for business and government clients.

  • Since launching in 2022, its technology has been installed at over 70 enterprise sites, covering 25 million square feet.
  • Enlite has filed three global patents and is testing a new large language model (LLM) that's built directly into its hardware.
