Labrys, a London-based infrastructure platform for managing globally dispersed teams, has raised $20M to scale its tech and operations.
The round was led by Plural, with backing from AlbionVC, Superangel, and returning investors Project A, MDOne, Expeditions Fund, and Marque Ventures.
At its core is Axiom, Labrys’s workforce ops engine — built to help companies:
Verify, support, and pay remote teams
Reduce cost and risk
Scale even in low-infrastructure regions
Founded by August Lersten (CEO) and Luke W. (COO), Labrys is already generating seven-figure revenues, and is now adding:
> Advanced AI-driven capabilities
> New deployment models
> Expanded engineering and ops teams
As the global workforce shifts further toward remote, borderless operations, Labrys is positioning itself as the default stack for high-trust, scalable team management.
