Offgrid Energy Labs Secures $15 Million for Battery Innovation

Offgrid Energy Labs has raised $15 million in Series A funding led by ARCHEAN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED.

Founded by Tejas Kusurkar, Rishi Srivastava, Brindan Tulachan, and Ankur Agarwal in 2018, India, Offgrid Energy Labs is building [sustainable energy storage solutions for peak shifting, net-zero industrial power, and off-grid energy needs using zincgel batteries.

The fresh capital will be used to set up a pilot manufacturing unit in the UK, strengthen its R&D, and bring its zincgel batteries to market.
