PlatinumRx has raised $6 million in Series A funding led by Stellaris Venture Partners, with participation from IndiaQuotient.

Founded by Piyush Kumar and Ashutosh Pandey in 2023, India, PlatinumRx is building an online pharmacy that helps users find substitute medicines with the same composition, tapping into the rising demand for affordable alternatives among chronic patients.

It sources directly from large pharma companies and delivers across 20,000+ pin codes, serving over 2 lakh customers so far.

The fresh capital will be used to expand operations, open more fulfillment centers, improve its supply chain, invest in building strong product and tech teams, and boost its brand presence.
