Natural ice popsicle brand Skippi has raised ₹12 crore (~$1.4M) in an extended pre-Series A round led by Dubai-based Surya family offices (₹10 Cr), with additional participation from angel investors (₹2 Cr).
The new capital will fuel:
- Brand visibility campaigns
- Expansion into the Middle East
- Product innovation and leadership hiring
- Working capital enhancements
Co-founded in 2021 by Ravi Kabra & Anuja Kabra, Skippi makes natural ice pops with RO water and clean ingredients, featuring desi flavors like Kala Khatta. The brand rose to fame after bagging ₹1.2 Cr from all six sharks on Shark Tank India Season 1 and it hasn’t looked back since.
Now available in 20,000+ retail stores, as well as Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and bigbasket, Skippi is also expanding its lineup with Crazy Corn, Cornsticks, and Cream Rolls.
This funding marks a key step toward making Skippi a household name across India and global markets.
