Syfe, the digital wealth management platform serving the Asia-Pacific region, has raised a total of $80M in Series C funding, including a new $53M Series C2 led by two UK family offices. This adds to the $27M C1 raised in August 2024. Existing backers Unbound and Valar Ventures LLC also participated.

With over $10B in AUM, Syfe is rapidly expanding its presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, following its recent acquisition of Selfwealth by Syfe in Australia. The company has nearly doubled its overall business in the past year, and 2× growth in Hong Kong alone in 2025.

A significant portion of the funding will go toward building its engineering and product hub in Gurugram, India, where headcount has already grown 15% since the last raise. Syfe is also deepening its investment in AI-assisted tools, customer experience, and product diversification.

Recent senior hires include Sanjeev Malik (ex-BlackRock) and Dane Ricketts (ex-P&G, Grab), signaling strategic scaling as Syfe expands across 60+ countries, targeting the fast-growing mass affluent segment in Asia.
