Grahill Wellness, parent company of clean-label snacking brand Khari Foods, has raised ₹3 Cr in seed funding, led by Meri Punji . The round marks a pivotal milestone for the bootstrapped, profitable company as it gears up for accelerated growth.
Founded by Yash Bansal, Khari has built a differentiated presence with custom product formulations, innovative snack formats, and full supply chain control, backed by an in-house manufacturing unit in Haryana. The brand’s products are designed for modern Indian consumers balancing taste, nutrition, and ingredient integrity and have resonated strongly with the urban and semi-urban 20–40 demographic.
The new capital will be used to scale R&D, launch new product categories, expand the core team, and build deeper digital and retail distribution particularly in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
With a projected 208% ARR growth in FY25, Khari Foods is positioning itself as a category leader in better-for-you snacking proving that capital efficiency and consumer-first product innovation can go hand in hand.
