bucketlistt.com, a platform for discovering and booking travel experiences in India, has raised ₹7.6 crore in a Seed round led by Kairon Capital. Titan Capital, Divisa Family Office and Kunal Popat also participated, and the company plans to expand beyond Rishikesh.

The round

Bucketlistt.com raised ₹7.6 crore in a Seed round, reported on 26 October 2026. Kairon Capital led, with Titan Capital, Divisa Family Office and Kunal Popat participating; one outlet describes Popat as the founder of R for Rabbit. The company has not disclosed a valuation for this round.

The seed follows a ₹1.07 crore pre-seed round announced in June 2026, which Indian Retailer reported was at a post-money valuation of ₹10.07 crore, with angels including Arvind Choudhar, Aenik Shah, Kartik Khatri and Yash Mehta.

The money is for technology, adding more experience providers and expanding to new destinations. The company says it will start with Manali and Bir, going beyond Rishikesh.

What bucketlistt.com does

The company was founded in 2025 by Shubham Makhecha, Nitant Desai and Divyam Shah. Its marketplace lets travellers find and book activities ranging from outdoor adventure to cultural experiences.

It also runs OkGhumo, a tool for local experience operators to manage bookings, availability, agents and payments. The business sells to two sides: travellers who want experiences and operators who need to replace manual coordination with software. Newskart lists its competition as global platforms Klook, GetYourGuide and Viator, and the Indian player Alyve, and identifies the key challenge as building a reliable network of local providers while attracting enough travellers to each destination.

The investors

Kairon Capital led the round. Titan Capital and Divisa Family Office are the other institutional names, and Popat joins as an individual investor. Available reports do not set out any firm's thesis in travel, so none is attributed here.

Why it matters

The company's pairing of a consumer marketplace with operator software is an attempt to serve both ends of a market where activity providers are fragmented. The round is small and the company is young, and available reports contain no booking or revenue figures, so the model's traction is not yet public. Related coverage: TravelTech funding news.
