live2.ai, a Bengaluru startup that links social-media intelligence with marketing and commerce, has raised ₹130 crore in a Pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round mixes new capital with a secondary component, and about 10% of its revenue comes from India, Inc42 reports.
The round
live2.ai raised ₹130 crore in a Pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures, announced on 27 October 2026. The company put the round at about $14 million; Inc42 converts it to about $13.7 million. The round combines primary capital for growth with a secondary component that gives partial liquidity to early shareholders. Valuation and total funding were not disclosed.
Existing board backers include Sony Innovation Fund, SOSV and Duane Park, Inc42 reports. The money will go toward building out the AI agent platform, go-to-market for enterprise and global consumer brands, regional cloud infrastructure, and hiring in engineering, data science and customer success across North America, Europe, Singapore and India.
What live2.ai does
Founded by J Venkat (CEO), Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, live2.ai monitors brand conversations on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites. Its AI platform covers social listening, trend identification, influencer content auditing, campaign compliance, publishing and performance tracking, and turns content into shoppable experiences across channels.
Inc42 says it runs eight AI agents for tasks such as crisis detection, trend identification, campaign auditing and automated responses, with governance controls and human review. Named clients include Bonkers Corner, Drools, Enamor, Henkel and Bliscent. Revenue grew fourfold over the past 12 months, per the company.
One outlet, Emergent, described the company as a conversational voice AI business; this conflicts with the company statement and most other coverage and is not used here.
The investors
IvyCap Ventures led the round. It also led the equity portion of rural healthcare company CureBay's Pre-Series C round, reported the same week. Sony Innovation Fund, SOSV and Duane Park are existing backers, and the secondary component means some early holders are partly selling at this stage.
Why it matters
Inc42 places the round alongside other deals in AI-led marketing technology, citing Adobe's acquisition of agentic AI martech startup Rilo, MoEngage's acquisition of Aampe, and the launch of Different by Nutanix co-founder Ajeet Singh. live2.ai's revenue mix, with only about 10% from India, sets it apart from many Indian software startups.
