Bengaluru fashion accessories brand Qiroko has raised ₹1.5 crore in a Pre-seed round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors. It is the startup's first outside funding.

The round

Qiroko raised ₹1.5 crore (Rs 1.5 crore) in a Pre-seed round led by ISV Capital, with unnamed angel investors also participating, Indian Retailer reported on 30 October 2026. The founders had bootstrapped the company since its 2025 launch. Valuation and the angels' names were not disclosed.

The company plans to use the capital for product development and new categories, including jewellery, watches and bags, wider distribution across its website, marketplaces and quick commerce, and team building, including in-house brand and content capabilities.

What Qiroko does

Qiroko was founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik and is headquartered in Bengaluru. It sells everyday fashion accessories that pair wearable designs with affordable prices.

The brand sells through its own D2C website and through Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, and is also listed on the quick-commerce platform Blinkit. The company claims an annualised revenue run rate of ₹6 crore within its first year and attributes it to strong unit economics. That figure is the company's own and was not independently verified in the coverage reviewed.

More coverage is under Qiroko funding news, and the company is part of the D2C and FashionTech groups. It is one of the Bengaluru startups tracked on the site.

The investors

ISV Capital led the round. The coverage reviewed gives no further detail on the firm's thesis or portfolio, and the angel investors were not named.

Why it matters

The round shows early-stage investors still writing cheques for capital-efficient D2C brands. Qiroko's approach is to sell wherever shoppers already buy, from marketplaces to quick-commerce apps, rather than rely only on its own site. That raises reach, though the company has not disclosed margins, repeat-purchase rates or how it handles marketplace fees and discounting.

The next test is whether the planned expansion into watches, bags and jewellery can be done without eroding the unit economics the company cites.
